The Noisy Red Ship

It is with great pleasure that we can confirm that the red vessel (Santa Clara) which has kept many of us awake at night, has kindly agreed to shift to another anchorage.

We would like to thank our committee member, Mr. Andre Langeveldt for making the effort to contact the Ports' Harbour Master, Captain Alex Miya and initiate this favourable arrangement for our community.

Back Ground

During #lockdown all ships had to remain anchored outside of ports. 

Due to the regulations - which has posed challenges to servicing these ships, the number of vessels in the bay has increased.

Winter poses very rough and unforgiving weather conditions and the safest area to anchor is in Table Bay.

As HOA we represent the community and will assist as and when required.

 We will appreciate your support, in making your annual contributions to ensure that the SBHOA continues delivering services to the community.  Thank you.
