About Us

Welcome to Sunset Beach.

You, furthermore, have discovered one of the best-kept secrets in Cape Town.  This unique beachfront suburb is located between nature reserves and greenbelts and provides us with tranquillity and safety.    We do not have main roads running through our neighbourhood, and it has two entrances and exits points.

To keep our community special, we have an incredible team of volunteers at SBHOA working for the community.  

SBHOA has three main objectives:

1. Assist in increasing property values
2. Reducing Crime
3. Building a Sense of Community.


To achieve the above, we host events and functions appropriate for the community.    To do this, we need all your support, and this is why it is so important that we receive funding from the Home Owners in Sunset Beach.  Not only is this suburb one of the best-kept secrets in Cape Town, but we also have one of the lowest Annual Levies around.

We will also appreciate, in light of our levies being so low, for you to please consider giving us a donation, especially to those residents who are renting properties.
