Invitation to all Sunset Beach Property Owners:

TEST RUN on Wed – 13 Jan:

We will make ourselves available for (30 minutes) those who wish to log in to ZOOM to connect with us a day prior to the AGM.

This is for you:

- to ensure that your camera and microphone are working.  

- Test to see that you are being heard

- Test to see that you are able to ask questions.

- You may also just log in to see if you can see and hear me, and then you can hang up.  

- No talking is required, but I will be here to help you get your settings etc sorted.  Everyone is welcome.

It is just a PRE-MEETING platform for everyone to find their feet because on Thursday we will be starting at 18h00 sharp, with 15 minutes prior to log everyone in.

Everyone will be asked their name and property details for Meeting registration and voting purposes on Thursday.  The meeting will be recorded.

Anyone can join the meeting, but only SUNSET BEACH property owners will be able to participate and vote at the meeting on Thursday.

Dear Sunset Beach Home Owner,

Please find attached notice of the Annual General Meeting of Sunset Beach Homeowners Association to be held online via Zoom on Thursday 14 January 2021 at 18h00.

An email has been sent out with the following information:

1.            AGM Notice & Agenda

2.            Minutes of previous AGM

5.            Financial Statements

6.            Nomination or eNomination (same link as below)

7.            E Voting-notice

Important Notes

1. Should you not be able to attend, then please do appoint a proxy to attend on your behalf. 

2. No questions have been submitted for answering at the AGM, and all questions will be referred to the incoming committee.

3. Nominations for new committee members close on Tuesday at 18h00, please ensure your nominations are in on time.

4. Voting will take place, please ensure that you have appointed someone via proxy if you are unable to attend.
